Due to the nature of the professional and intellectual services provided by [INSTITUTION OF Mohamed Yasser Ibrahim Mohamed AbedelWahab], which include (but are not limited to): consulting services, feasibility studies, accounting services, training, and intangible intellectual services, the refund and cancellation policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The client has the right to request service cancellation before the service has actually begun.
2. "Service commencement" refers to any professional action taken based on the request, which includes but is not limited to:
o Official communication with the client regarding the service
o Collecting or analyzing data
o Preparing or starting work on reports or studies
o Conducting a consulting or training session
3. Once the service has commenced, the client is not entitled to request service cancellation or any refund.
1. Payments will only be refunded if the service has not started.
2. No refunds will be issued for services that have been partially or fully performed.
3. All consulting and intellectual services are non-refundable once their execution has begun.
1. Requests for cancellation or refunds must be submitted in writing via:
o The official email of the Foundation
o Or approved communication channels listed on the website
2. Requests must be submitted before the service begins.
3. Requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 7 business days.
· The refund policy does not cover:
o Services that have been partially or fully executed
o Consulting services, feasibility studies, accounting work, or training after work has commenced
· Any administrative or banking fees imposed by payment gateways are non-refundable.
The Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The updated version will be published on the website and will be effective from the date of publication.
